2. What makes the SomniRest Pillow different?
The SomniRest Memory Foam Pillow is made from premium memory foam and designed with a unique contour shape to support your neck, shoulders, and spine while you sleep. It adapts to your sleeping position, helping reduce discomfort and pressure.
3. Do you manufacture the products?
No, we carefully source our products from trusted suppliers and manufacturers to ensure premium quality and comfort.
4. Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
5. Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UK.
6. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 4-14 business days. Total delivery time is estimated at 5-17 business days.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
8. What if I didn’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us immediately. We’ll investigate and offer a resolution.
9. What is your return policy?
You can return your product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
10. Who covers return shipping?
We cover the return shipping cost. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return label via email.
11. How do I start a return?
Email us at support@somnirest.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
12. How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
13. Can I exchange my item?
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 30 days if you require an exchange.
14. What if I received a damaged item?
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll replace it at no additional cost.
15. How do I care for the SomniRest Pillow?
The pillow comes with a removable cover that is machine washable. The inner foam core is not washable. Always refer to the care label instructions.
16. Is the pillow suitable for all sleep positions?
Yes! The SomniRest Pillow is ergonomically designed to support back, side, and stomach sleepers.
