5.2. Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product and email them to support@somnirest.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

6. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
