2.2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a return shipping label link. Customers must print and use this label for the return.

2.3. We cover the cost of return shipping, and customers will not need to pay for return postage.

2.4. Please use the provided shipping label, as we are not responsible for returns sent through other methods.


3. REFUNDS

3.1. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

3.2. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
